These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Omirana's car wash and auto care services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, booking services, or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Omirana provides professional car wash and auto care services including:

• Exterior hand washing and protection
• Interior deep cleaning and sanitization
• Complete vehicle detailing packages
• Related automotive care services

Service descriptions on our website are general guidelines. Actual services may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and specific circumstances.

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Appointments

Services are provided by appointment when possible. Walk-in service may be available based on capacity. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for complete detailing services.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

Appointments are confirmed when you receive confirmation via email or phone. Booking requests through our website require confirmation before they are final.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund available
• Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies
• No-shows: Full service fee charged

3.4 Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as no-shows.

4. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

4.1 Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to paint, trim, or interior materials
• Deteriorated clear coat, faded paint, or oxidized surfaces
• Loose trim pieces, emblems, or damaged components
• Pre-existing mechanical issues
• Stains or damage that cannot be removed or repaired

4.2 Results Disclaimer

While we strive for excellent results:

• Some stains, scratches, or damage may be permanent
• Results vary based on vehicle condition and contamination severity
• We cannot guarantee removal of all marks, stains, or odors
• Older vehicles may not achieve "like new" appearance

4.3 Service Scope

Our services are cosmetic cleaning and do not include:

• Mechanical repairs or diagnostics
• Paint correction beyond light polishing
• Restoration of severely damaged interiors
• Removal of permanent staining or damage

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Vehicle Condition

You are responsible for:

• Disclosing any known issues or sensitivities with your vehicle
• Removing all personal belongings from your vehicle
• Ensuring your vehicle is safe to operate
• Informing us of any aftermarket modifications

5.2 Valuables

We are not responsible for valuables left in vehicles. Please remove all personal items, electronics, and valuables before service. Any items left in vehicles are at your own risk.

5.3 Access and Keys

You must provide access to your vehicle and keys as needed for service. Inform us of any special access requirements or security systems.

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Pricing

Prices are provided as estimates and may vary based on:

• Vehicle size and type
• Condition and level of soiling
• Additional services requested
• Time required beyond standard estimates

Final prices will be confirmed before service or at time of completion.

6.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect services already booked at the time of price change.

7. Liability Limitations

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business interruption
• Damages beyond the service cost

7.2 Damage Claims

Any claims for damage must be reported immediately upon vehicle pickup. We will not accept claims made after you have left our facility. Photographic evidence may be requested.

7.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, equipment failure, or other unforeseen events.

7.4 Insurance Coverage

We maintain appropriate liability insurance. Our insurance does not cover pre-existing damage or personal property left in vehicles.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Omirana and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. User Conduct

When using our services or website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Treat staff and facilities with respect
• Comply with all posted rules and staff instructions
• Not engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these standards.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Communication First

If you have concerns about our services, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve issues promptly and fairly.

10.2 Mediation

If direct communication does not resolve the issue, we agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing other legal remedies.

10.3 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation may be subject to binding arbitration under the laws of Ontario, Canada.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Ontario. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Omirana regarding our services.
